La Manifestazione della Gioia / The Manifestation of Joy
The artist and his workshop on display

The workshop will be open from Monday 9th until Saturday 21st April, excluding Sunday
Giovanni Greppi presents his works, paintings and graphics representative of 30 years of work. But it will not be a simple exhibition: next to the finished works, there will be paintings to be completed live, canvases and white paper for visitors-participants. Everyone is invited to become actors of a creative moment, but a special invitation is addressed to children, to people with disabilities and more generally to anyone who feels at the edge of the game. The theme, which everyone will be called to interpret, is the manifestation of joy, understood as the magical moment in which loneliness breaks and we feel an integral part of life around us. The goal is to go to the heart of the artist's function, awaken the spirit in us, the desire to live, trust, love for others. Drawings and paintings of those who want to participate can become part of the works of Giovanni Greppi or in any case become a source of inspiration. The activity of each day will be documented in a logbook that will be printed at the end of the event.
